Virtual Tour Upload Form | Troubleshooting and Tech Support If you need to upload some large files to us, such as virtual tours for us to process into link-able 360 tours, or if you are having problems with a tour and need to upload us original JPEG and TIFF files, please use this form. IMPORTANT: For Virtual tours, FIRST create an empty folder. Then drag your images INTO the folder including any notes and other associated files/graphics we need. Then ZIP or STUFF the file, then upload the archived file(s) using this form.
